Quinoa fried rice!

Ingredients  - 1/2 cup cooked quinoa - 4 oz lean ground turkey - liquid aminos  - any veggies you’d like! (I didn’t measure any of mine out so I can’t tell you how much I used)
1. Cook ground turkey according to directions on package. Once cooked set aside. 2. Sauté all veggies (I did it in coconut oil) until tender. 3. Once veggies are tender add the cooked quinoa and ground turkey. Mix everything together with some liquid aminos (I didn’t measure that either)
